This hotel is in a great location, with a Carrefour Market nearby and a metro station just a short walk away. The staff were really helpful and promptly addressed any issues we had, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The rooms were well-equipped, with a mini bar and even a water heater provided.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the hotel and local knowledge. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and secure. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were forthcoming about savings to be made on breakfast bookings. The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations, making it easy to get around this city as well as to the business district. the hotel facilities and transportation options were excellent, with the subway lines taking us directly to the tourist area.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It was close to the Bernabeu stadium, making it perfect for sports enthusiasts. it was within easy reach of the metro system, allowing for easy exploration of the city center and its many attractions. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
One drawback was the lack of atmosphere in the hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the overall ambiance was lacking.
